Upgrading/exchanging your tickets
We can normally help you to upgrade/exchange to another ticket category. The new ticket category must still be on Festicket and within the same festival - so if you bought a general admission ticket and VIP tickets have sold out, you would not be able to upgrade.
Complete the order change ticket HERE. If an upgrade/exchange is possible, we will ask you to purchase the new tickets, and we will then process a face value refund of your original order.
We might not be able to help you upgrade/exchange if you have already received your tickets, or if the festival does not allow ticket changes.
Unfortunately, our suppliers do not normally allow us to transfer your booking to a completely different festival.
We can occasionally make exceptions if you booked the wrong site at certain festivals, and you contact us immediately after booking.
