- I can see my order page, but I’m having problems downloading my order documents
To see your order documents, log in at www.festicket.com/my-account, then click on your order. Documents will be uploaded as the festivals approach. Any documents that are ready to download will be listed under the "Your Documents" section.
Download available documents by clicking the icon beside them. Make sure you are using the latest version of a supported web browser. Most e-tickets are sent as pdfs, so make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader.
If you still cannot open your e-ticket or travel document, please get in touch.
- I’m logged in, but I can’t see my order
If you do not see any orders in your profile, you are likely signed in with a different email address. Please log out, and log back in using the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address at www.festicket.com/forgot-password/ and we'll send you a link to reset it. If you signed up with facebook, you can still send a 'forgotten password' link to the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
If you are definitely logged in with the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email, and you still can't see your order, get in touch so we can help further.
- I can’t log in to my account!
Log in to your Festicket account by going to www.festicket.com/login/. You can log in using facebook or with an email address. If you are logging in to view an order, use the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
- I forgot my password or email address
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address at www.festicket.com/forgot-password/ and we'll send you a link to reset it. If you signed up with facebook, you can still send a 'forgotten password' email to the email address linked to your facebook account.
If you have forgotten your password, and you no longer have access to the email address you used to order, send us an email so we can help further.
