- I’ve just ordered - what happens next?
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you used to order. This contains a link to your online order page. You might have to set an account password the first time you click this link.
Your order page will contain all the information you need for your trip. You often have to wait until closer to the festival to receive all the documents you will need. Print-at-home e-tickets & vouchers will be uploaded under the Your Documents section. We'll update delivery statuses for postal tickets on your order page too.
We will send an order delivery email when all of your print-at-home documents are ready, and any postal tickets have been posted to you.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email
Order confirmation emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Order confirmations will be sent to the email address you used to order with - if you logged in with Facebook, it is the email linked to your Facebook account. Make sure email@example.com is in your address book so they do not go to your spam folder.
If you have not received an order confirmation email after 60 minutes, and you have checked your spam folder, please send us a message using this link https://support.festicket.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003089292-Contact-Support telling us the email address that you are checking. We will find your order and resend your confirmation email or if you have bought tickets using a Payment Plan, we will re-send a receipt. A booking confirmation will be sent after the Payment Plan has been fully paid.
If it turns out you spelt your email incorrectly, we'll be able to change your email address so that you can access your order page. We'll have to carry out some security checks to make sure it is you before we change your email. These have to be completed via email, so we have a written record.
When and how will I get my tickets/documents?
You can see how your order will be delivered beside each item on your order page. We send items as either e-tickets, vouchers or postal tickets.

You can see when your order will be ready in the "My documents" section on your order page. We'll deliver each item in your order separately, then send you an email to let you know once everything is ready.
E-Ticket & Vouchers are often available to download immediately from the "My Documents" section of your order page. If you see the message Waiting for e-tickets from the supplier, we are currently waiting for the festival organisers to send us the e-tickets for this festival, and we will add them to your Festicket account as soon as we have them (we will also send you an email when those are ready to download!).
Your tickets are confirmed and guaranteed, so there's no need to worry, you will definitely get tickets closer to the festival's date.
Postal tickets will be issued to us directly from the festival organisers. This normally happens a few weeks before the event.
If you see the message "Your ticket will be posted to you", we do not yet have an exact date for when we can expect these tickets to be dispatched. We usually aim to dispatch these tickets a few weeks before the event via 1st class post. If you have changed your address or if you would prefer to collect at the box office, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience.
If you see the message "Your ticket has been posted to you", we have dispatched your tickets already, and you can expect to receive them shortly.
Box Office Collection: On some occasions, you will need to collect your tickets or wristbands upon arrival at the festival. You will be able to find full details on the collection process and Box Office opening times on your ticket collection voucher which is available for download from your Festicket profile.
How can I view my order?
To view your order, click the link in your order confirmation email. The first time you log in, you may be asked to fill in extra information & set an account password. After you have set an account password, you can log in directly at www.festicket.com/my-account.
If you do not see any orders in your profile, you are likely signed in with a different email address. Please log out, and log back in using the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
