Your tickets and documents will be delivered with the same conditions as to any other bookings.
For such group bookings, the lead payer is in charge of receiving the documents for the whole group, and distributing it across the whole group.
The friend payers will receive updates by email and in the bookings page about delivery, but will get their documents from the lead payer.
All payers can request amendments (if available) to their tickets, however only the lead payer can access the Festicket account containing the tickets (if e-tickets are being issued) and/or request changes to the account.
If ticket delivery is postal, then all tickets will be dispatched to the delivery address of the lead payer at the time of booking.
Individual tickets cannot be dispatched to different addresses on the same booking.
