Where are my tickets, I've booked a package?
Festival tickets will be issued as an e-ticket closer to the time of the festival. Other documents for accommodation will be made available immediately soon after purchase, or very soon after.
All information and updates, as well as your e-tickets and other documents, will be available in your Festicket account, which you can access by following using this helpful article - How to access my Festicket account
Why can't I have my festival tickets now?
Festival tickets will be issued and delivered once they are ready and the final preparations are completed by our fulfilment team. This is also to help ensure that your ticket is safeguarded against any illegal touting or misuse that could prevent you from entering the festival.
Our objective is to offer you an easy and smooth booking process that provides peace of mind.
We work extremely hard to make sure that your ticket is safe and secure, and as we will be delivering your ticket as an e-ticket, then this allows us to complete delivery when you need it, in time for the festival.
I haven't received my confirmation email?
Your booking confirmation email normally will arrive to your inbox pretty much immediately after you complete your booking. During busy periods this might take a little longer, as our system manages all the requests, and so it can take up to 30 minutes to arrive.
If your confirmation email hasn't arrived after 30 minutes from completing your booking, we recommend that you do the following first:
- Check your junk / spam folder in case it was redirected
- If you created a Festicket account during the checkout process using the Facebook button, please check the email address username of your Facebook account, as the confirmation will be sent to this address
- If you have a Gmail email account, make sure to check the Social and Promotional tabs
- Search for the email address email@example.com

Can I cancel my booking?
Unfortunately all bookings are non-refundable and we are unable to offer refund if the ticket and package is no longer needed.
If you have taken Refund Protection in your booking, we recommend that you review their terms and conditions (which is located in your booking details, in your Festicket account), and you may be able to submit a claim depending on your circumstances.
Can I sell my ticket?
Unfortunately all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.
Can someone else use my ticket?
If your name on the ticket does not match your ID, you will need to bring the following in order to exchange for your festival wristband:
1 – A written letter giving you consent from the card holder that matches the billing address of your booking. This needs to be signed and dated by the card holder.
2 – A clear scan of the card used
3 – A clear scan of passport or driving license of the card holder
Can I add more items to my booking?
If you have completed a booking and then wish to add more items such as tickets & travel, then there's no need to amend your existing booking, and all you need to do is book the new items that you need.
You will then receive another booking reference which is will be related to the new booking, and as long as you completed the booking using the same Festicket account as your original, then both bookings will appear when you login and access the My Bookings section of your profile.
Can I upgrade my booking?
We are unable to upgrade festival tickets, however the accommodation option in your package can be upgraded, if the option is available.
We strongly recommend, that before contacting us with an upgrade request, please check the website - Afronation Festicket - to see if the option that you would like to upgrade to is available. If the option is not available on the website, then we will be unable to make any changes.
