Usually this problem occurs when you have logged in using a different account to the one you purchased using.
The following steps usually fix it:
- Logout by going to www.festicket.com/logout
- Check the email address in the TO field of your Order Confirmation email
- Login using that email address at https://www.festicket.com/login/. Do not login with Facebook!
(If you have forgotten your password, reset it at https://www.festicket.com/forgot-password/)
