Festicket are continuing to closely monitor the situation regarding travel and live events during the COVID-19 outbreak, and will notify customers in the unlikely event their festival is postponed.
We also advise that all customers check the appropriate local authority for any changes before travelling.
Adding refund protection to your order
Additionally we recommend all customers include Refund Protection with their order; this is available at checkout. Unfortunately it is not possible to add Refund Protection to your order after you have booked.
Our policy covers illness so a customer will be eligible for a full refund if they (or any of their immediate family) contracts coronavirus and this is supported by a doctor’s note stating they shouldn’t attend the event.
If a customer is in a high risk group and they receive advice from a doctor supported by a doctor’s note not to travel to a certain area then their refund will be paid.
Our full Refund Protection Terms and Conditions can be downloaded here.
Submitting your claim
If you believe that you are entitled to a claim, you can complete the refund application form at www.bookingprotect.com/refund/. Booking Protect will be able to handle all aspects of your claim.
