With the COVID-19 outbreak continuing to affect live events, we understand our customers may be anxious about booking their next festival trip. To help ease these anxieties, we have worked with our biggest festivals to offer our Flex Ticket promotion, and give extra peace of mind to our customers.
How it works
- Purchase any ticket or package from the festivals below between 6 July to 14th August, 2020
- Tell us if you wish to cancel your order FOR ANY REASON by 14th August, 2020 and we'll cancel your order free of charge

Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Flex Ticket offer is only available for the following festivals in the above list
- For all bookings (including orders including non ticket items such as accommodation and travel) made between 09:00 (GMT) 6th July 2020 and 23:59 (BST) on the 14th August 2020 (“promotion period”), Festicket will allow customers the option to cancel their order within the Flex Period
- Flex Period is from 6th July 2020 and 23:59 (BST) on 14th August 2020
- Customer must notify Festicket if they wish to cancel their order via the following link
- Cancellation requests made outside this Flex Period will not be possible
- Please note that for all cancelled orders, any fees (including booking fees, transaction fees, dispatch fees and Booking Protect) are non-refundable
- Offer is only valid for orders paid in full, and excludes any orders made using our payment plan
- For valid cancellation requests, the customers will receive a Festicket Voucher for the value of his original booking (excluding booking fees, transaction fees, dispatch fees and Booking Protect). This will be sent by email.
- The Festicket Voucher will be available to use on any purchase made Festicket.com and is valid for use until 31st December 2020.
