How it works
- We will send you a dedicated Resale Form. Please submit it before the 15th of June 2020 and we will list your ticket in the resale. Please note that this is the only way you can list your ticket as it contains the information related to your order.
- All tickets of your order will be listed on the resale.
- If at any time you decide you want to go to the festival and your ticket has not been sold yet, contact us and we will reactivate your ticket for you.
- Once all the tickets of your order have been successfully sold we will notify you and refund you the face value.
- If your ticket is not sold, we will reactivate your ticket and make it available for you.
How do I list my tickets for resale?
All customers should have received an email from Festicket and Ticket Arena, including details on how to list your ticket for resale. Simply click on the link to go through to our Resale Form and follow the instructions. Note that you will only be able to list your ticket in the resale via this link as it contains all the information related to your order. Once you've submitted the form and confirmed that you want to list all the tickets of your order for resale, we'll notify you by email when your tickets are listed, and then again if they are successfully sold.

Our Seller Commitment
Reselling your ticket with Festicket is as simple as letting us know. We will relist all the tickets on your order on our platform and you won’t need to do anything else. We will let you know once it has sold and you will receive the face value of your ticket 30 days after your tickets are sold.
Our Buyer commitment
Unlike some resale platforms, Festicket works directly with the festival promoter. This ensures that we ONLY list verified tickets for resale and our guarantee to you is the ticket you buy is 100% valid. Every ticket is unique and once it gets sold it is unlisted and passes to the buyer, making the purchase 100% secure.
We strongly believe in the fairness of resale, and therefore will only allow tickets to be resold at face value.

The following answer some of the questions we get asked the most.
What is the deadline to list my ticket in the resale?
The last day to list tickets in the resale is the 15th of June, 2020.
Can I resell my accommodation or transport booking?
Only the ticket component of your booking can be resold. Your accommodation is automatically confirmed and valid for the new 2021 dates, however, if you couldn't make it to the new dates, according to the Portuguese Government Travel Regulation you are entitled to a voucher of equal value to the payment made for your accommodation, valid until December 31st 2021. If not used by December 31st 2021, as per the law, you will be then entitled to a refund within 14 days.
Can I resell my tickets if I have not completed all the installments of the payment plan?
No, only tickets in which payment plan installments have been fully paid can be listed for the resale. Read more information about Failed Payment Plans here.
Can I change the name on my ticket instead of reselling it?
No. In order to avoid any fraud and guarantee fairness for the buyer, name changes are not allowed.
I booked more than one ticket and want to resell only one, can I?
Every ticket is related to an order, so if you purchased more than 1 ticket and wished to resell it, you will have to list on the resale all the tickets you originally purchased.
Can I put a ticket on sale if I'm not the original buyer?
Only the original buyer can request to put the ticket on the resale. In case you are a ticket holder and wish to resell your ticket, you will need to be in contact with the original buyer and arrange for them to put your ticket on the resale.
Is resale allowed by the festival?
Yes! Festicket is the ONLY official resale platform for the festivals we work with.
Can I decide what price I list at?
We strongly believe in the fairness of resale, so we will only allow tickets to be resold at face value - i.e. the price the ticket was originally sold at.
How much does the resale service cost?
There are no costs for you to list your ticket on the resale and we won't charge any reselling fees if you successfully sell your ticket.
I'm looking at your resale shop, and I see the same ticket type at different prices
Festivals normally release tickets in pricing tiers, usually starting with Early Bird tickets, which are often discounted from the final price. As all customers can resell their tickets at their face value, you may see the same ticket at a different price.
If I sell my ticket, how do I get paid?
If you successfully sell your ticket we will notify you via email. You will then receive a refund for the face value of your tickets. This refund will be made 30 days after we confirm your sale and funds will be transferred back to your original payment method.
Can I nominate a specific person to buy my unwanted ticket in the resale?
No. Every ticket on the resale will go into a pool from where it will be available for purchase by other clients.
Can I resell my unwanted ticket anywhere else?
No. In order to guarantee that tickets are valid, resale can only be made via Festicket. Each ticket has the buyer's name and this can only be modified via Festicket. All festival-goers will need their ID to attend the festival, therefore if the ID and the name on the ticket don't match, the ticket won't be valid.
How can I guarantee the ticket I buy in the resale is legit?
We work exclusively with the festival promoter as the official resale platform. This ensures that we ONLY list verified tickets for resale and our guarantee to you is the ticket you buy is 100% valid.
Tickets bought from a different resale platform won't be valid as Festicket is the only official festival resale partner.
I bought my ticket from the festival directly, can I resell?
Yes, you can resell tickets purchased from the following platforms: Festicket, TicketArena and direct via the festival website.
I bought from TicketArena - can I resell?
Absolutely - TicketArena is now part of the Festicket family. If you purchased your ticket from TicketArena, you can resell through the Festicket platform.
My ticket is on the resale but I have changed my mind, can I get my ticket back?
As long as your ticket has not been sold, if you decide you want to attend the festival yourself, contact us and we will unlist your ticket from the resale and reactivate your original order to make it valid for you to use.
What if my credit card has expired or been canceled since the original purchase?
If your credit card has been canceled or expired since you originally purchased your ticket(s) our Customer Service will contact you.
