If you have changed banks, or if you payment card has expired, but you’ve already registered your card for the payment plan, then not to worry, we provide you with the opportunity to update you card details securely from your Festicket online account and booking page.
When you login to your Festicket account, and view your booking, you will be presented with the payment plan scheduled and the successful and incomplete payments listed.
To update your card details to a new debit/credit card, simply click on the Update Card Details button, and submit your new card number, expiry date and CVC number as shown below.
Once you’ve updated your card details, the card is saved immediately and will be applied to the next scheduled payment.
If one of your scheduled payments had failed, and you’ve updated your card details, the payment will be taken on the next attempt of the failed payment procedure.
