Once a payment is completed, a payment plan cannot be cancelled, unless under exceptional circumstances, such as an event being cancelled.
If you have taken out booking protection, you may be eligible to claim a refund if you fall within the criteria set out in the booking protect terms and conditions.
To enquire about amending or upgrading your booking made using payment plan, this may be possible and is dependant on the event and the promoters policy.
