Adding more attendee details:
We understand that some customers, are not able to enter the correct number of attendee names and emails when completing their order.
This tends to happen, when you purchase across multiple releases in one order. For example, if you purchased 2 x Presale tickets, with 3 x First Release ticket.
Do not worry, we will contact you closer to the event with a form to fill out, which will let us know of everyone who is attending from your order. We will then update the tickets and make sure all the names are correct on the tickets.
At this stage, there is no further action needed.
Attendee detail error / Spelling mistake:
We completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen when entering attendee details. We can change email addresses, phone numbers or make slight corrections to the spelling to the name of your current attendees.

Reselling or transferring your ticket:
If you can no longer attend the event, you can sell or transfer your ticket (name change) on our official resale platform Tixel: https://tixel.com/au/
Through Tixel you are able to privately list your ticket, and make sure a friend receives it. You can find instructions on how to do this here
