Here at Festicket we know you don’t have the time or patience to trawl the internet trying to find the best place to stay. In fact our founding fathers (well technically speaking they are founders, and both now fathers) created Festicket precisely to stop this pain and make us a one-stop shop to buy your complete festival package.
Our in-house team work tirelessly to curate a unique selection of accommodation options for each individual festival, based on location, price, convenience and that je ne sais quoi.
We take a lot of pride in providing you with the best options available, and for you to know you’re paying the best price.
That means if you find the same accommodation cheaper elsewhere, we’ll refund you the difference.
Here’s how it works:
The Terms and Conditions
- You must have a valid order with us, which must include the accommodation item you wish to claim for.
- The other offer you find must be for the same property, for the same package, for the same date ranges and with the same cancellation conditions.
- For a refund request to be valid we must receive it within 24 hours of you making your original purchase via support.festicket.com, including a URL link to the other offer and a screenshot showing the offer price.
- Our guarantee is not available if the other offer is part of a loyalty scheme, or if the other offer is a special promotion or deal.
- Please note refunds will be made back to your original payment method and can take up to 20 days to process.
- Unfortunately whilst we try to offer our guarantee on all our accommodation options, this is not always the case. Therefore where you see our Guarantee badge, you know our policy applies, but we’re afraid we cannot offer this on items which do not show this.
