During your trip
If you have a complaint or require assistance during your trip in relation to any part of your festival package, please contact us, the accommodation supplier, or transport provider, as soon as you can - most of these issues can be solved this way.
After your trip
If your complaint could not be resolved during your trip or if you are not satisfied with the support provided, please contact the Festicket customer service within 28 days of returning home from your trip.
If you are still unhappy with the resolution offered, you can register with ABTA and send your complaint to them to review.
