Can I change the name on my ticket?
Don't worry if you made a small error when entering traveller details. we can change small spelling mistakes or correct slight errors in email addresses.
If you do need to change any traveller details completely IE full name change, please complete the name change request ticket HERE. We will then be in touch with you to let you know if we are able to process the change.
There are occasions when a promoter may make available a re-sale or re-list site where you can list a ticket privately for the person you wish to change the name to. This isn't for every festival.
Changing Email Address
You can change your email address in the 'Contact info' section of your account at https://www.festicket.com/account/edit/. You will need to be signed in to view the page.
If you can't log in to your Festicket account, and you need to change your email address, not a problem! We'll be able to change your email address so that you can access your order page. Please complete the email change ticket HERE.
We'll have to carry out some security checks to make sure it is you. These have to be completed via email, so we have a written record. Please submit a support ticket with details of what you ordered and your order number if you know it. We'll help you from there.
Changing Postal Address
To change your postal address, complete the postal address change ticket HERE.
We'll normally be able to change your postal address up to 6 weeks before the festival. Address changes are free of charge if your new address is in the same postal region.
If you do not tell us about your address change and we send tickets to your old address, it is your responsibility to retrieve your tickets.
