I can see my order page, but I’m having problems accessing my tickets:
To access your tickets, log in at www.festicket.com/my-account, then click on your order. Tickets will be available 5 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated.
Download available tickets by clicking the icon beside them.
I’m logged in, but I can’t see my order:
If you do not see any orders in your profile, you are likely signed in with a different email address. Please log out, and log back in using the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address at www.festicket.com/forgot-password/ and we'll send you a link to reset it. If you signed up with facebook, you can still send a 'forgotten password' link to the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email.
If you are definitely logged in with the email address in the "To" field of your order confirmation email, and you still can't see your order, get in touch so we can help further.
